Testing of NACE plates:-

We personally conduct different type of test on these plates to ensure that whether the quality of plates is good or poor. High tension test is performed to check their pressure bearing ability without distortion. To check there heat exposure the post heat welding test is performed on these plates. Both destruction and non-destructive testing are done which includes:

• X-ray Test
• Firmness test
• Spectra analysis
• Hydrostatic analysis
• Positive material recognition

The plates that failed during the test are discarded and are not served to the customers as we ensure that our customers only get the best things from us.

Packaging of plates

Furthermore, outside the packing, the complete description of these plates are given including there size, length, thickness, and their specification.
